The Finnish Mercantile Marine Database

Maintained by the Maritime Museum of Finland, the Finnish Mercantile Marine Database, contains information on Finnish mercantile ships registered between 1921 and 1983. The majority of the data is sourced from the Finnish Maritime Administration publication titled Suomen kauppalaivasto (The Finnish Merchant Fleet). The database includes a wealth of basic information, including measurements, construction dates and owners. It also allows visitors to browse any changes or amendments made to the data over time.
