Tulip and rose-edged threaded blanket from Akaa

The design of this threaded blanket, which was obtained from Akaa for the museum’s collections, came from the Hattula parsonage in the 1850s. Seven blankets had been woven with the same design but, according to the records, this is the only one that has survived.
