A loan of 8,1 million German marks to pay off the Helsinki-Petersburg railway loan on the Russian side. The loan was issued in three series: 405 M (German marks), Lit. C (6000 pcs); 1620 M, Lit. B (2500 pcs); 1500 M, Lit A (450 pcs).
