Día de Muertos - Mexico's most enchanting holiday

The Day of the dead is an optimistic and reunifying celebration, where the living meet the dead and Finnish culture meets Mexican traditions, music and food.

Día de Muertos is the festive time of the year when Mexicans honour and remember their deceased loved ones. They invite the souls of their ancestor back into this world to celebrate among the living. Integral part is the Ofrenda, an altar dedicated to the departed and decorated with flowers, candles and his or hers favourite food and objects.
