Summer's here, school's almost out, and the Seurasaari Open-Air Museum will again be bustling with kids, games and animal-themed activity.
On Sunday May 25, the event season opens with the popular Children's Day!
We invite you and your parents to test your skills on the hobbyhorse jumping course, pet the friendly care dogs, get a ride with the ponies Nikita and Sisu, or hop on a carriage ride to tour the island with Kiripassi, the Finnhorse. The program also includes children's folk dance performances and workshops, as well as family tours through the treasures of the museum.
Since the event also kicks off the celebrations for museum's 110th anniversary, we will treat you to cake and coffee in the beautiful Iisalmi parsonage!
