Opening hours and tickets

The opening hours at the National Museum of Finland are regular as of June 1, 2020 but the security measures due to the Coronavirus may affect the visitor services of the National Museum of Finland.

Please, note that we need to limit the maximum number of visitors to the Courage, Freedom, Love! The Moomins 75 exhibition, which might occasionally cause lines at the entrance. Groups with a booking for a guided tour, may enter without waiting in line.

Since August 2020, there is a new space for hosting events and workshops in the third floor of the National Museum. As a museum guest, you are welcome just to come in, sit down and relax there during the museum visit. Please, note that the workshop Vintti is now permanently closed.
