Come and listen to a series of concerts at the Karuna church on summer evenings in July and August at 6 pm.
Music in the Summer Evenings -concerts are held at the Karuna church on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm.
Concerts are admission-free. Admission to concerts from 5 pm onwards.

The concert takes the listener to sway with the summer wind as the evening sun warms the cliffs and as the waves carry thoughts towards the horizon.
19.7 Songs from the Balkans and Spain with one American tribute
llkka Turta, guitar
Songs by Dušan Bogdanović and Miroslav Tadicin from the Balkans and songs by Llobet from Spain. At the end of the concert we get to hear what Jimi Hendrix sounds like on a classic guitar as imagined by Carlo Domenico.

Recitation, singing, oboe and harmonium come together in an atmospheric unity with improvisation. The poems are from the poetry collection Kirjosiipi by Leena Sainio.
