Terms of agreement and delivery for the online shop
The terms of agreement and delivery for the online shop (hereinafter ‘Online Shop’) of the National Museum of Finland’s site Häme Castle (hereinafter ‘National Museum of Finland’), which operates under the Finnish Heritage Agency, are applied to all transactions performed by the customer (hereinafter ‘Customer’), regardless of the terminal device the Customer uses to access the service. The Customer may only use the Online Shop in accordance with the effective terms and conditions and the applicable legislation.
The terms of agreement form the agreement between the Customer and the National Museum of Finland and determine the rights and responsibilities of the Customer and the National Museum of Finland with regard to the Online Shop.
Upon making purchases from the Online Shop, the Customer affirms that they have studied the effective terms of agreement and delivery and undertakes to observe them.
Purchasing and validity of an advance ticket
Advance tickets to Häme Castle
Advance tickets are only available for purchase on the website of the National Museum of Finland www.kansallismuseo.fi/en/haemeenlinna. At present, the National Museum of Finland does not sell advance admission tickets to Häme Castle through any other service.
You can purchase an advance admission ticket to Häme Castle for the day of your choice within the limitations of the opening hours and the ticket reservation situation. The validity date of an advance ticket cannot be changed after purchase.
A single Customer may purchase no more than nine (9) advance tickets at a time.
Please note that, on location at Häme Castle, Customers can only purchase admission tickets for that day.
Ticket checks
Advance admission tickets to Häme Castle
Upon arrival, the Customer must exchange the advance ticket for a sticker entitling them to admission during the day of the visit. The ticket can be exchanged at the cashier’s desk of Häme Castle.
The ticket can be presented in the form of a printout or on the display of a smart device. You cannot claim a ticket simply by providing your name.
The right to a discounted ticket must be proven upon exchanging the advance ticket for an admission sticker.
Rights
Advance admission tickets to Häme Castle
An advance ticket grants one person admission on the selected day.
The advance ticket must be exchange for an admission sticker no later than two (2) hours before the closing time of Häme Castle.
If the Customer is unable to use their ticket for reasons attributable to the National Museum of Finland/Häme Castle, the ticket(s) will be refunded to the Customer or transferred to another day.
Each advance ticket and the rights provided by it are exclusive to the ticket holder.
Paying for a ticket
Advance tickets are paid for through the Online Shop. The payment service provider is the Suomi.fi-maksut service. Our online shop accepts the most common credit cards (e.g. Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, AMEX), online banking service and mobile payments via Siirto and MobilePay .
Registration
Purchasing a ticket does not require registration
Ticket delivery
Tickets purchased from the Online Shop are delivered to the Customer’s e-mail address in PDF format after payment. Tickets will not be delivered by post. If your ticket was not sent to your e-mail account, check the spam folder.
Terms of replacement and return
Advance admission tickets to Häme Castle
As a general rule, purchased tickets will not be refunded and they cannot be exchanged or returned.
The exception to this is a situation where a ticket holder is unable to access Häme Castle despite arriving no later than two (2) hours before closing. In this case, the National Museum of Finland will refund the ticket(s) or provide ticket(s) for another day.

In the event of issues, the Customer must contact the customer service department either by e-mail tickets.hamecastle@kansallismuseo.fi or by calling + 358 295 33 6932. The best way to reach our customer service department is by e-mail.
Third parties in the Online Shop
The website of the National Museum of Finland features a link to an Online Shop, which is owned and maintained by a third party. The National Museum of Finland cannot be held liable for the functionalities, content or other features of sites produced by third parties. The third-party site may have its own terms of use and customer register, and the National Museum of Finland cannot influence the content of a site released by another creator or publisher.
Intellectual property rights
The entire content of the Online Shop, such as images, logos, product information and texts, are protected under copyrights or other intangible rights held by the National Museum of Finland and/or the third-party shop provider. All intellectual property rights to the Online Shop content belong to the National Museum of Finland and/or the third party.
Others terms
The National Museum of Finland does not guarantee the uninterrupted or flawless operation of the Online Shop and is not responsible for its availability. The National Museum of Finland reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the service or a part thereof due to updates to the Online Shop, for example. Unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation, the National Museum of Finland cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the usage or unavailability of the Online Shop or any related reason.
The National Museum of Finland reserves the right to change the Online Shop’s terms of agreement and delivery without advance notice. The services offered through the Online Shop, as well as the appearance, content, availability and features of the shop may also change.
All terms of the service are governed by Finnish law.
